The United Nations has designated 2025 as the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, recognising that quantum science has reached the point where its promise is moving out of the experimental phase and into the realm of practical applications.

As Gloucestershire’s cyber and tech ecosystem continues to grow and diversify, new opportunities — and challenges — are emerging.
